Most of us will never┬áhave the chance to compete in the Olympics, the CrossFit Games, the Super Bowl, a National Championship or anything of similar magnitude. Few of us will ever have the pleasure of winning a gold medal of any sort… Most of us already know these facts. We don’t exercise to achieve some sort of globally recognized badge of honor. So why do we exercise? That’s a question I suppose only you can answer for yourself, but I might offer the idea that we exercise for health. To live longer, fuller lives; to meet new and likeminded people who will allow us grow as individuals, push us physically, and support us when we feel like quitting. So, why do YOU exercise?
