Kalamazoo Strength and Conditioning is a community. A group of people with diverse characteristics who are linked by social ties, share common perspectives, and engage in joint action in geographical locations or settings. This is important for a couple different reasons. Most importantly, the opportunity to meet new people with two notable traits: a common geographical setting, and diverse characteristics. To put this simply, we have all have something in common, yet are unique and different. Take the time to introduce yourself to someone new. Begin through common ground and give friendship a chance. Share in favorite local hangs, best brunch spots, your favorite local brewery, or even some of your favorite places you traveled. Embrace and strengthen the community.
