STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING AND CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES

Our CrossFit classes are a unique and effective way to pursue optimal health. We program for what we call General Physical Preparedness (GPP). This is a format designed to improve overall strength, endurance, skill and mobility/flexibility.


Each class is 60min long and is coach lead and instructed from start to finish. The coach will begin each class covering the prescribed workout(s) for that day. He/She will then direct you through a warm up that consists of some range of motion stretching and activation to prepare you for what’s to come. Each day is constantly varied, so the coaching and focus of technique is always priority at CrossFit 269.
From the warm up, the class will be lead into that days workout of the day - WOD.


Much can be expected in a class as some workouts will last a mere 1min and some will last upwards of 40min. We will implement movements of gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, mono structural cardiovascular work, and more! One thing is for certain throughout, the laughter and camaraderie that comes from the mutual hard work of each and every member.
