Head Coach and athlete, Josh Marunde, has been an individually coached athlete for over four years. This unique approach allows us to work 1 on 1 with athletes, addressing strengths, weaknesses and personal goals with efficiency and specificity. The athletes will first work through an assessment phase, before beginning a weekly routine designed specifically for them, their wants/needs and their schedule. Communication is key here, as in any relationship, and monthly, weekly and sometimes daily emails and face time is exchanged to maintain direction and progress.
