Individualized Programing allows us to focus on what matters most, You and Your Goals. After an initial consultation to discuss your personal goals, you will be assigned a coach whom you'll work with exclusively. Together, You will build a program specific to YOU. Focus is spent addressing YOUR: strengths, weaknesses and achieving personal goals with efficiency and specificity based on YOUR schedule and availability. The athletes will first work through an assessment phase, allowing us to assess your current abilities in fields such as stability, range of motion, power output, strength, and more. Afterwards, programming will begin specific to your set goals., Communication is key here, as in any relationship, and monthly, weekly and sometimes even daily emails and FaceTime calls are exchanged to maintain direction and progress. No matter your goals, we're here to help you achieve them.
