In my early days of being a CrossFitter, I quickly realized it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. As I noticedmy body physically changing, I also noticed I was changing mentally from the challenges of CrossFit. I was becoming more adaptable in all aspects of life.

In high school I was an athlete, and I loved the camaraderie of being on a team as well as the physicality. I also started snowboarding and later became a snowboard instructor for many years. I loved instructing clients and watching them progress. It made me strive to learn as much as I could about what I was teaching, and this in turn made me a better snowboarder and instructor. My goal as a CrossFit coach is the same, to always strive to be better.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, from the very young to the elderly and everyone in between. I believe that CrossFit really can be for everyone. As a coach at CrossFit 269, I promise to continuously learn, and I look forward to helping you grow and achieve your goals.
