If you’re ready to take your lifting to the next level, drop by Kalamazoo Strength and Conditioning. We offer group training sessions with our Barbell Club that will help you refine your lifting technique and increase your overall strength. You can also join us every Wednesday at 6 p.m. and every Thursday at 8 a.m. for barbell classes. Our trainers will help you accomplish your lifting goals in no time!
